Carey Blaxberg
Attorney At Law
Carey Blaxberg was born in Miami, Florida in 1979 and lived there his entire life until he went to the University of Florida in 1997. Mr. Blaxberg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Florida, with honors in 2001. He thereafter attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated in 2004 with both a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Business Administration. During his tenure at Stetson University of Law, Mr. Blaxberg acted as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice Fred Lewis at the Florida Supreme Court.
After graduating and being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004, Mr. Blaxberg practiced in Tampa as an associate in a large Tampa firm until 2006 when he departed to fulfill the goal of establishing a boutique law firm specializing in a general civil practice. As one of the founding members of the firm which he formed in 2006, Mr. Blaxberg has represented financial institutions, corporate clients, injured parties and high net worth individuals, concentrating his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Commercial Law; Banking; Real Estate and Transactions; Landlord and Tenant Law; Condominium Law; Commercial Litigation; and Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Blaxberg is a member of the Florida Bar (2004); the U.S. District Supreme, Middle District of Florida; and the American Bar Associations. Additionally, Mr. Blaxberg is a Supreme Court appointed Florida Circuit Civil Mediator and acts as one of the top Sixth Circuit Foreclosure Mediators for the managed foreclosure mediation program.
William “Chip” Tieder

Chip Tieder is a litigation attorney and Of Counsel with Blaxberg & Associates, P.A. Mr. Tieder's practice is focused on commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation, and estate and probate matters. Mr. Tieder began his career working for an insurance defense firm. Through this experience he learned how adjusters evaluate cases and personal injury matters along with the tools and tactics they use to defend claims. Using his experience and skills he developed Mr. Tieder now represents individuals in personal injury cases and others in general litigation matters.
Mr. Tieder received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy with a minor in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. Passionate about the practice of law and his community, Mr. Tieder has dedicated his time to such organizations as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Delta Tau Delta, One Student, and The University of Tampa. Mr. Tieder serves on the board of directors for the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center in Safety Harbor. Mr. Tieder serves as a Den Leader and Assistant Cub Master for his sons’ local Cub Scouts Pack.
Mr. Tieder is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District and the Southern District of Florida. He also is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
